Pricing

• All listed prices represent the cash purchase price only.
• Financing prices may vary based on lender terms, credit approval, and fees.
• The final financed price is determined after credit application and approval.

Vehicle Condition and Warranty

• Unless clearly stated in writing, all vehicles are sold “AS IS”, with no express or implied warranties from the dealership.
• Optional third-party warranties may be available at the buyer’s expense.
• All warranty claims must be made directly to the third-party provider.
• Coverage is limited to what’s specified in the warranty contract and subject to provider approval.

Buyer Acknowledgment

• By signing the purchase agreement, the buyer confirms they have read and understood this disclosure, agree to its terms, and accept the vehicle’s condition unless covered by a purchased and approved third-party warranty.
